Remedy
A free custom-fitted mattress cover will be provided to all affected consumers.
How to Identify Your Mattress
A white top with diamond quilting, blue side panels with small square quilting, and three white tape edges. The model number and manufacturing date are printed on the permanent label sewn on the mattress.
What You Need to Do
Stop using the affected mattress immediately
If you purchased a Koorlian Mattress (model KBT1) manufactured in July 2025, please stop using the mattress immediately until you have installed the free cover we will provide.

Mattress Cover Installation Instructions
The free mattress cover is designed for Twin size, 10-inch thick mattresses. Please follow the installation guide included with your cover for proper installation.
Mattress Cover User Instructions
Follow these three simple steps to properly install your mattress cover.
Lay the cover flat, completely unzip the bottom, and position it alongside the mattress.
Carefully slide the cover over the entire mattress. Adjust all four corners for a snug, seamless fit.
Smoothly pull the bottom zipper closed, make sure it is fully sealed, and smooth out any wrinkles.
